I overcomplicate everything, to the point I give up and don't do the thing. An imperfect something is better than a perfect nothing, and that's exactly what this blog will be. A chaotic jumble of thoughts, self discovery, ED recovery, manic tangents and just like my ADHD brain a sprinkle of everything and anything! I used to think that if I was to start something it had to be perfect, I had to have a plan, a specific topic and message. That's so black and white thinking, when life is a full pallet of colours and each day another piece of me is found and added. This is a place to express all corners of my brain and being. So please feel at ease, grab a cuppa and join me while I spill my guts hoping that it will reach others complicated like me to relate, feel safe and and see that being complicated is actually a wonderful aspect of your being.... its what keeps life interesting! I mean look at Harry potter he is the prime example of magically complicated!
